SHOW INFORMATION

A:We offer a minimum of 2 nights’ accommodation in selected City-centre hotels or self-catering apartments, official event tickets, Edinburgh city guide, package delivery and a 24 hour help line when in Edinburgh (if required).

A:Edinburgh’s Hogmanay main events are extremely popular and take place outdoors in the form of late-night festivals featuring live music and entertainment. Please note - children under 12 are not permitted at the Street Party. The full programme includes a wide range of events, ensuring there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

A:Certainly, we’ve been in Edinburgh since 2001 and seen all the hotels develop. We have visited every option and are happy to be on hand to recommend the best hotel to suit your requirements.

A:We are happy to organize tickets for additional Edinburgh attractions, and book additional day tours of Edinburgh, or multiple-day tours of Scotland.

A:Every now and then but there is a huge amount going on in the city and the weather adds to the fun!

A:We only sell packages with accommodation.

A:No, all customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. It is strongly recommended that this is done at the time of booking and has Covid cover included.

A:We are ATOL and ABTOT bonded covering flight inclusive and exclusive packages – you are in safe hands!

PACKAGE AND HOTEL QUERIES

A:We require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per person (unless otherwise stated) and the balance is due by 31st October 2026. All major credit and debit cards, except for American Express and Visa Electron are accepted. Our preferred method of payment is via BACS.

A:Non-refundable deposits on bookings cancelled between booking and 31st October 2026 will not be refunded. Packages are wholly non-refundable after 31st October 2026.

A:If there is a full cancellation of the whole festival (this means all events linked to the festival as well as the Christmas markets) we will provide a full refund. If individual elements are cancelled for any reason we will not provide a refund.

A:We will send your full package information via email and deliver the event/ attraction tickets to your hotel in Edinburgh prior to your arrival
