A: We offer a minimum of 2 nights’ accommodation in selected City-centre hotels or self-catering apartments, official event tickets, Edinburgh city guide, package delivery and a 24 hour help line when in Edinburgh (if required).
A: The event generally has many options and please make sure they are suitable for your group. Please note Hogmanay is usually an outdoor, late night festival with live music and the Street Party is not recommended for young children (we will update the age limit once it has been announced). Each event will differ and Hogmanay will have something to offer everyone.
A: No, all customers are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. It is strongly recommended that this is done at the time of booking and has Covid cover included.
A: We require a non-refundable deposit of £75 per person (unless otherwise stated) and the balance is due by 31st October 2024. All major credit and debit cards, except for American Express and Visa Electron are accepted. We also accept cheques, and our preferred method of payment is via BACS
A: If there is a full cancellation of the whole festival (this means all events linked to the festival as well as the Christmas markets) we will provide a full refund. If individual elements are cancelled for any reason we will not provide a refund.
