We will be adding escorted tours very soon covering both Edinburgh and the rest of Scotland.

We would be delighted to offer more comprehensive Edinburgh or Scotland tours for independent groups.

Here is an example of a 4 day / 3 night tour.

30 December – Arrive and check in. Do an open top bus tour to get your bearings then join the torchlight parade to get the Hogmanay feeling going!
Enjoy an evening meal of haggis, neeps and tatties at one of Edinburgh’s traditional public houses.

31 December – Tour the Castle in the morning followed by lunch on the Royal Mile. In the afternoon walk to the foot of the Royal Mile for a visit to the Palace of Holyroodhouse. In the evening either join one of the many Hogmanay parties or join the Street Party or Concert in the Gardens.

1 January – Head to either South Queensferry (Official) or Portobello beach (Unofficial) for the loony dook where you will run then swim in the Firth of Forth! After a hot chocolate make your way to the Royal Yacht Britannia or Edinburgh Zoo or join in the New Year’s Day Hogmanay celebrations in the City Centre. In the evening try the Johnny Walker Experience to round off a wonderful Hogmanay.

2 January – Have a final walk around this superb city any try some retail therapy at the new Sy James Centre or many of the independent stores on George Street or the Royal Mile. Head home or extend your stay!
